  • Can the items I select always be delivered?

    Normally, only items that are actually available are displayed in the Blue Corner e-Shop.

  • Will sold out items be available again at a later date?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information about the availability of individual products.

  • How can I add an item to my order?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add to your order afterwards. We would therefore ask you to place a new, additional order.

  • Why can there be different price reductions between the Blue Corner e-shop and the Blue Corner store?

    Price reductions may vary due to time-based reductions. The price shown in the respective Blue Corner e-Shop / Blue Corner Store always applies.

  • How do I find my desired item?

    1. In the menu bar, under "Shop", you will find our online product range. If you select one of the areas mentioned, all the brands belonging to it will appear arranged one below the other.

  • What happens after I complete my order?

    Shortly after you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email (didn't get it? Please check your spam folder).

  • What do I do if there are price changes that appear online shortly after I place my order?

    It is quite possible that remaining quantities of an item may occasionally be reduced in price. These price changes are decided individually based on the remaining quantities of a product in a particular color.

  • What payment methods does the shop offer?

  • Do I have to create a customer account to be able to order?

    You can also order from us as a "guest" without a customer account. Nevertheless, you can easily access information about your current orders using the order number.

  • Where can I enter the voucher code?

    Check your selection and enter the voucher code. On the order summary page, there is a field below the total that says “Do you have a voucher code?” Click on it and enter your voucher code in the empty field. Then click the “Redeem voucher” button. The total amount will update immediately.
