A combination with other vouchers is not possible. A cash payment or retroactive crediting to vouchers already ordered is not possible. The validity period of the discount codes is limited. The discount codes lose their validity after the date stated on the discount code. An extension is not possible

A minimum order value is always stated in the detailed information of the respective discount code. If the minimum order value is subsequently undercut by returning the corresponding item, we reserve the right to invoice the difference between the order with the discount code and the order without the discount code.

If you exercise your right of cancellation or return the goods for other reasons, only the reduced purchase price will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount code or to a new discount code.

If an order to which a discount code is applied consists of several items, the discounted amount will be divided between one or more items in the event of a return.

If the order or individual items to which the discount code referred are not fulfilled, there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code.

As a means of payment for BLUE CORNER gift vouchers, we accept all payment methods available in the BLUE CORNER online shop (except gift vouchers)

We will send the BLUE CORNER gift voucher with a voucher code immediately or within 48 hours of receiving your order or receiving payment as a digital PDF to the email address you provided when ordering. If you would like it sent to a different email address, please let us know immediately. You can then print out the BLUE CORNER gift voucher or forward the PDF by email. We accept no liability for spelling errors in the recipient's email address. Likewise, we accept no liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of BLUE CORNER gift vouchers.

The minimum order value when redeeming a BLUE CORNER gift voucher corresponds to the value of the voucher. The credit on the BLUE CORNER gift voucher can only be redeemed in full, i.e. as a total amount, when ordering online. Partial redemption or splitting the voucher amount between several online orders is not possible. If the credit on the BLUE CORNER gift voucher is not sufficient to pay for your purchase in full, you can pay the remaining amount using any other payment method we accept.

If the original invoice amount of your order minus shipping costs corresponds to the value of the redeemed BLUE CORNER gift voucher or if you return all items in an order to us, the corresponding BLUE CORNER gift voucher will be reactivated and you can use the voucher code again for your next order. Please note that reactivation may take 24 hours after your return has been processed due to system reasons.

In case of non-fulfillment of the order or individual items to which the BLUE CORNER gift voucher was applied, there is no entitlement to a refund.
