COMPLAINT

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM



Have you received an item that was not delivered in perfect condition? We are very sorry that you received an item that does not meet your and our quality standards.

Before shipping, we check all items for quality and take photos (with your shipping note) using the 4-eyes principle. Should you receive a damaged item, you can of course complain about the item.


Please photograph the item and upload images of the following views of the item:

  • throughout
  • from the front
  • once the label
  • meaningful photos on which the defect is clearly visible


Our complaints department will contact you after examining the item.


Please note that no complaints can be accepted for the following defects:

  • Previously worn items that do not provide the desired level of comfort because the sensation is perceived differently depending on the person, for example shoes that cause blisters or clothing that causes a "scratchy" feeling.
  • Defects caused by wear and tear from daily use, such as small scratches on the belt buckle or creases on the front/middle of the shoe.
  • Items that have shrunk or been damaged due to improper cleaning.
  • Pilling (fine fibers that come together depending on stress, friction and length, thus causing small balls/lint).
  • Items that experience color loss or discoloration, such as "bleeding" when washing jeans or discoloration from leather or fur.
  • Defects caused by intensive or improper use
  • Items from which the label has been removed

It can always happen that the glue on a shoe sole comes off after a short period of use - this is annoying, but not a serious matter. In this case, please contact us immediately - we will reimburse you for the costs incurred if you send us the repair receipt from your shoemaker. However, wear and tear is excluded.
