The products from BIGge Paws 🐾 are exclusively custom-made. These cannot be exchanged because they are made to order and made to measure. It is therefore necessary to measure correctly and carefully and to read the article text carefully!

You choose your desired product from a variety of different types of leather, rope and winding yarns. In addition, after your hopefully correct measurements, you will find the collar or harness that is exactly right for your dog. Once we have received your order, the corresponding materials are taken from stock or ordered for you - we are extremely flexible (even with unusual color requests, etc.) We measure and cut the rope or paracord from the roll, order leather and make your individual product by hand. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we do not take back flawless products under any circumstances. We cannot and do not want to keep stocks, especially since the probability that a dog with exactly the same neck circumference or measurements will want a collar or harness in your desired colors in the foreseeable future is close to zero. The same applies to all dog leashes and EM ceramic chains. The order can be cancelled before production begins (within 2 days at the latest). There is no right of cancellation for distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods that are made according to individual customer requirements or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
